The Young Mariner Program is a STEM-based summer day camp run by the Cape Cod Maritime Museum for students entering grades 4 to 7, combining boating on Lewis Bay with marine science. Campers go out on a retired lobster boat and a replica catboat, fish, lobster and run microscope labs. The museum states its staff complete a one-week training and CORI/SORI checks.
