Terms of Service

Before this app handles real bookings and real payments, a real version needs to cover — among other things — cancellation/refund liability between Booka, operators, and families, payment processing terms (Stripe Connect), and dispute resolution. Every section below is a placeholder to fill in, not a real commitment.

Using Booka

[Placeholder] Booka connects families with camp operators. Booking terms (price, cancellation policy, what's included) are set by each individual camp, not by Booka — see each camp's own listing.

Payments

[Placeholder] Payments are processed by Stripe. Booka charges camp operators a platform fee on each booking (see the operator dashboard for the current rate) and is not a party to the underlying camp registration contract between a family and a camp.

Camp operator accounts

[Placeholder] Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, accreditation claims, and staff screening — Booka surfaces what an operator provides and does not independently verify every claim.
