Camp Fernwood is a seven-week sleepaway camp for girls on Lake Thompson in Poland, Maine. Campers design their own activity schedule with a required base of swimming, tennis and canoeing, and the program spans arts, water sports and land sports, plus day and overnight trips. The camp says it has operated since 1921.
