YMCA Camp Watchaug, founded in 1948 by the Westerly-Pawcatuck YMCA (now part of Ocean Community YMCA), is an ACA-accredited waterfront day camp on Watchaug Pond in Charlestown serving ages 4 through entering 9th grade. It has grown from an original 40 campers per day to serving over 300 per day across 13 activity areas including a zipline, climbing wall, archery, and ropes courses.
