Nantucket Community Sailing runs one- and two-week youth sailing camps for ages 4 to 18 at two island sites, calm Polpis Harbor for younger and newer sailors and the Jetties Sailing Center on Nantucket Sound for older and more experienced sailors. Programs range from beginner classes to Opti and 420 race teams, taught by instructors the organization describes as trained and experienced. Scholarships of up to 50 percent of program fees are offered.
