Ages 3–15

ACA-accredited day camp run by Belmont Day School for ages 3 to 15, with a general day camp in four two-week sessions, Journeys day-trip camp for grades 5 to 8, specialty camps and one-week sports camps. Every group has daily swim lessons and afternoon free swim, and the camp reports more than 350 campers on site each day. The summer program is described as well into its eighth decade.

Camp Atwater is a residential youth camp owned and operated by the Urban League of Springfield, which describes it as the oldest African American-owned and operated residential youth camp in the nation. Campers ages 8-15 do swimming, archery, sports, STEM, nature exploration, arts, and leadership and cultural enrichment programming.

Camp Bonnie Brae is an ACA-accredited Girl Scout camp on Big Pond in East Otis, offering themed overnight sessions of three or six nights for girls entering grades 2 through 12, plus a one-week day camp for grades 1 to 3. Activities include a low elements challenge course, an archery range, an art loft and waterfront activities such as swimming, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. Camp Cabot is the Waltham YMCA day camp at 725 Lexington Street, with age groups Caboteers (3-4), Pioneers (5-6) and Cabot (7-12). Older campers choose their own activities each week, and the camp is American Camp Association accredited and licensed by the local board of health.

Camp Emerson is an ACA-accredited overnight camp on more than 170 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Hinsdale, next to the Appalachian Trail. Campers take electives across aquatics, arts, athletics and science and adventure, and the camp says it offers 50+ activities. Sessions run two weeks, with one-week options, and a counselor-in-training program is offered for older campers.

Camp Evergreen is a traditional day camp founded in 1964 by former Boston Celtics player Jim Loscutoff and his wife Lynn, now run by their son "Little" Jim Loscutoff and his wife Debby. Located within Harold Parker State Forest, it serves campers from Pre-K through grade 8 with swimming, boating, archery, sports, and a Jr. Leaders program for middle-schoolers.

Camp Farley is a non-profit camp at 615 Route 130 in Mashpee on Cape Cod offering day camp, Sunday-to-Friday overnight camp, two-week overnight sessions that travel to Martha's Vineyard, Boston and Nantucket, and a counselor-in-training program. JCC Greater Boston's Camp Grossman is a day camp on 75 wooded acres in Dover for kindergarten through 10th grade, with waterfront, outdoor adventure, sports, arts and Jewish culture programming. A 3:1 supported program serves campers with different abilities.

A 650-acre Scouts BSA resident (overnight) summer camp in Plymouth for boys and girls in grades 6-12, with weekly Sunday-to-Saturday sessions of archery, canoeing, hiking, fishing and campfires. Mayflower Council also runs a one-week Adventure Overnight camp for 4th and 5th graders at Squanto.
