Featherstone Center for the Arts on Martha's Vineyard runs weekly morning art camps for ages 4 through teens, including Magic Garden, Explore Discover and Create, Ceramics, Youth Filmmakers, and Discovery Studio. 2026 weeks ran June 15 to August 7, Monday to Friday, 9am to noon.

Day camps on the 34-acre lakeside Bancroft School campus in north Worcester for campers entering kindergarten through grade 8, open to families outside the school. Brookline Arts Center offers weeklong, full-day summer art programs for kids and teens ages 5 to 17 at its studio at 86 Monmouth Street. Weekly themes cover drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, comics and a guided ceramics studio, each led by a named instructor. The center says financial aid is available.

Camp Thayer is a co-ed day camp on the Thayer Academy campus in Braintree for ages 3.9 to 16, including a Lower Camp, a General Camp for ages 6 to 13, a counselor-in-training program and sports and specialty camps. Activities run from swimming and boating to a ropes course, pottery and sports. The site states all counselors are CORI-checked and fingerprinted and a certified nurse is on site daily.

St. Sebastian's School, a Catholic day school for boys in Needham, runs one- and two-week summer programs for boys entering grades 3 to 9, led by its own faculty and coaches. Offerings include athletic clinics in baseball, basketball, flag football, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, squash and tennis, and academic workshops in biotechnology, debate, innovation, math, writing, sports media and ceramics. Weekly July art sessions at the Cape Cod Museum of Art in Dennis Village for ages 6-14, covering pottery, painting and drawing with professional teaching artists. Classes are Monday-Thursday in morning or afternoon blocks and the museum says they sell out each year.
